I absolutely loved this session at City Park with Kayleigh and Melissa. We took a more formal approach to shooting in this location than I typically have done in the past, but I absolutely LOVE how they came out.

Melissa + Kayleigh both wore stunning black outfits (complimented by Kayleigh’s amazing tattoos of course) and they fit in perfectly with the vibe of NOMA (New Orleans Museum of Art) behind them. Simple yet stunning, these two looked like a million bucks this evening.

While they may have been in formal attire, our session definitely did not feel “stuffy” at all – the mood at sunset was romantic and intimate.

We also spent some time at other areas of the park in different + lighter attire.

After shooting this session in City Park, I am *very* much looking forward to shooting their New Years Eve wedding overlooking the Mississippi this winter!
